Role Description
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Forex Mentor to deliver practical trading education and support student success. This role goes beyond training — you will play a key role in driving student engagement, supporting demo sessions, and contributing to overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions for students at beginner to advanced levels
- Conduct live market sessions and practical trading demonstrations
- Support demo/webinar sessions in coordination with the sales team to improve conversions
- Simplify complex trading concepts (Forex, risk management, strategies) for easy understanding
- Guide students on real-time trade execution and platform usage
- Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback and mentorship
- Develop structured training plans, presentations, and learning materials
- Share market insights, trading opportunities, and analysis with students
- Maintain a professional, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales/Marketing) to enhance student experience and outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of active Forex trading experience
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or coaching (trading/finance preferred)
- Strong understanding of technical and basic fundamental analysis
- Ability to explain trading concepts in a simple and practical manner
- Experience in conducting live sessions, demos, or webinars
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages (Hindi/Kannada/Malayalam) is required.
- High level of patience, professionalism, and student-focused approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Hands-on experience with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or similar)
- Experience in demo-driven sales environments (EdTech/Trading Institutes)
- Basic understanding of lead conversion support through training sessions
- Content creation (educational videos, webinars, or social media)
- Strong analytical and market interpretation skills
