We're Hiring | Forex Executive (Female)

Location: Chandanagar, Hyderabad

Work Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month

Preference: Female Candidates

Experience: 2–3 Years in Forex Operations

Are you passionate about foreign exchange services and customer interaction We are looking for a Forex Executive to join a dynamic team and help deliver exceptional forex and travel financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle foreign currency exchange transactions accurately

Assist customers with Forex Cards, Travel Cards & International Remittances

Ensure KYC & AML compliance for all transactions

Maintain forex transaction records and reports

Monitor exchange rates and guide customers on forex products

Coordinate with banks, forex partners, and authorized dealers

Promote forex products and related travel services

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Forex Operations & Currency Exchange

Understanding of RBI/FEMA Regulations

Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills

Cash Handling & Numerical Accuracy

MS Excel and CRM/Forex Software Knowledge

Ability to work in a target-driven environment
