Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Forensic Analyst Presales who will support the sales team by providing technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution consulting for digital forensics solutions. The role requires a strong understanding of digital investigation workflows and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to support client meetings and technical discussions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations for digital forensics solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documents, solution proposals, and RFP responses.
- Assist in proof of concept (POC) deployments and technical evaluations.
- Provide technical consultation to government agencies, law enforcement, and enterprise clients.
- Stay updated with latest digital forensics technologies and investigation methodologies.
- Support the sales team in solution positioning and technical objections handling.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Digital Forensics, Cyber Forensics, or Incident Investigation.
- Familiarity with forensic tools and investigation processes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing technical roles or presales support is preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience working with law enforcement, investigation agencies, or cybersecurity solutions.
- Exposure to digital evidence handling, forensic imaging, or analysis tools.
- Understanding of cybercrime investigation processes.
