Responsibilities
- Supervise construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards

Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-10 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction or related industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
