Jaipur Rugs is a globally recognized brand rooted in craftsmanship, community, and design excellence. As we expand our infrastructure and project footprint, we are looking for a dedicated Civil Foreman/Supervisor to support our on-site execution and ensure high-quality construction standards.
Job Summary:
The Civil Foreman/Supervisor will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring work execution as per drawings, and maintaining quality, safety, and timelines across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute civil construction activities including RCC, masonry, and finishing work
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor daily site progress and maintain quality standards
- Take site measurements and assist in preparation of Measurement Book (MB)
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and site discipline
- Support basic estimation, BOQ understanding, and billing processes
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site execution
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD (preferred)
- Good communication and team handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
- Willingness to travel/relocate based on project requirements
- Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
