About The Opportunity
This is not a conventional food operations or product development role.
We are looking for someone who can help build the future product ecosystem of Kefilo by combining food science, consumer behavior, nutrition, product innovation, technology, and business strategy.
You will work closely with food scientists, nutritionists, chefs, operations teams, and founders to design products that are scientifically sound, operationally scalable, commercially viable, and capable of delivering meaningful health outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build the next generation of nutrition-focused food products rather than simply manage existing products.
Key Responsibilities 1. Product Strategy & Innovation
- Identify opportunities in functional nutrition, wellness foods, and preventive healthcare
- Build long-term product roadmaps
- Evaluate emerging food and nutrition trends
- Contribute to future product innovation pipelines
- Product Development & Validation
- Work closely with food scientists, nutritionists, and chefs
- Translate customer needs into scalable products
- Support product testing, validation, and refinement
- Develop product specifications and performance benchmarks
- Consumer & Market Intelligence
- Study consumer behavior and nutrition trends
- Analyze competing products and market opportunities
- Gather product feedback and improvement insights
- Support product-market fit initiatives
- Commercialization & Scale
- Help bridge product innovation and business execution
- Support product launches and pilot programs
- Work on pricing, positioning, and scalability
- Collaborate across operations, marketing, and growth teams
