Position: Food and Drink Expert
Type:Contract
Compensation:$20$40/hour
Commitment:1040 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Author realistic food and drink prompts for recipe development, technique explanation, and regional cuisine analysis.
- Review and revise AI-generated responses for culinary accuracy and cultural authenticity.
- Write high-quality human-authored responses for nuanced cooking scenarios and culturally specific dishes.
- Create controlled prompt variations to test differences in ingredients, equipment, and dietary needs.
- Evaluate outputs across different tones and instruction constraints.
- Identify model failure cases involving incorrect techniques and culturally inaccurate representations.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 2+ years of sustained engagement with food and drink as a hobby or practice.
- Active participation in culinary discourse in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, Russian, German, Arabic, Thai, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong familiarity with regional cuisines and traditional techniques.
- Ability to explain cooking processes and flavor profiles in the target language.
- Strong written communication skills.
