Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Truck Pastry Chef based in Hyderabad. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing the tortillas, desserts & smoothies from the menu. Additional tasks include ensuring food quality, maintaining cleanliness in the food truck's kitchen area, handling food preparation of all the menu items, assisting the head chef and innovating new dessert offerings to complement our Mexican-Indian fusion menu. The Food Truck Pastry Chef will also be responsible for all the other operations of the truck including and not limited to cleaning, serving the guests, cashiering as per the business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Bakery and Baking with a passion for creating high-quality pastries and desserts
• Proficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking, and general Culinary Skills
• Ability to innovate and experiment with unique flavor combinations for baked goods
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Previous experience in the food truck or restaurant industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
