This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Hyderabad. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and food items, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include taking orders, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with inventory management to maintain the quality and consistency Roobaroo Café is known for.

• Barista skills, including beverage preparation and food handling
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
• Proven customer service experience and a commitment to guest satisfaction
• Attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Passion for coffee and café culture is highly desirable
