Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

. Ensure customer satisfaction through promotingexcellent service respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

. Analyze staff evaluations and feedback toimprove the customer's experience

. Project future needs for goods and cleaningproducts order accordingly

. Oversee health code compliance and sanitationstandards

. Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operationalcosts

. Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports forthe management

. Train new employees and provide ongoing trainingfor all staff

. Attend quarterly P&L meetings
