Food Server

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Server located in Bengaluru. The Food Server will ensure exceptional customer service by greeting and serving guests, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages promptly. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food and beverage preparation, handling customer inquiries or special requests, and upholding hygiene standards. The Food Server will collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Knowledge or experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations.
• Basic Cooking skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to maintaining high service standards.
