Role Overview
We are looking for a Food Scientist who can help build scientifically driven food and nutrition systems focused on wellness, functionality, gut health, sustainability, and scalable food innovation.
This is not a conventional R&D-only role. We are looking for someone who can actively contribute to product innovation, ingredient research, nutrition-focused food development, functional meal systems, food quality frameworks, and future-ready wellness-focused food ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and develop functional and nutrition-focused food systems
- Contribute to gut-health-focused and preventive wellness food innovation
- Support ingredient research, formulation, and nutritional optimization
- Build frameworks for food quality, consistency, and scientific validation
- Assist in meal standardization and nutrition-focused product systems
- Explore sustainable and future-ready food science approaches
- Support packaging, shelf-life, and food stability discussions when required
- Collaborate with nutrition, operations, wellness, and product teams
- Contribute to long-term food innovation and wellness ecosystem strategy
