The company is committed to providing comfort, convenience, and memorable experiences for its guests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Pitch food packages to villa guests, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

* Coordinate with guests to finalize food packages, communicate the details to the ground operations team, and ensure smooth delivery and reception.

* Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation in alignment with villa standards and guest expectations.

* Monitor inventory, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective budget management.

* Ensure after-sales service by following up with guests to assess their experience and liaising with the ground team accordingly.

* Handle escalations as and when they arise.

* Ensure reviews are collected in accordance with Ekostay standards.

* Conduct mandatory introduction calls with all guests, reiterating food rules.

* Allocate chefs as needed.

* Manage Airbnb reviews.

* Resolve any food-related problems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
