Position: Food Safety Supervisor (FSS)

Work Requirement: Candidate must be willing to work in night shifts as per operational needs.
Qualification
Diploma / Graduate in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline (as per FSSAI guidelines).
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Food Safety & Quality Systems (FSMS) in accordance with FSSAI standards.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly audits, ensure compliance, and close CAPA actions.
Maintain SOPs, operational checklists, and vendor FSSAI license documentation.
Conduct training for food handlers and operational teams on GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices.
Prepare and present periodic reports on food safety performance and compliance status.
Skills & Competencies
In-depth knowledge of FSSAI regulations and FSMS implementation.
Proficiency in auditing, documentation, and compliance reporting.
Strong communication, training, and analytical abilities
