Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary:

Chokhi Dhani Foods is seeking an experienced and results-driven Food Factory Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our food processing facility in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring food safety standards, maintaining quality control, and leading a team of supervisors and workers to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise daily operations of the food production facility.
  • Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
  • Implement and monitor FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP protocols throughout the facility.
  • Coordinate with the procurement, inventory, quality control, and logistics teams.
  • Optimize resources and minimize wastage to ensure cost-effective production.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance and timely repairs of machinery and equipment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like yield, efficiency, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • Train, develop, and motivate production staff to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across the facility.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and audits related to food safety and labor laws.
  • Report operational metrics and issues to senior management regularly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related field.
  • (Master's degree or MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 1012 years of experience in a food manufacturing/processing facility, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of food production processes, packaging, and quality control.
  • Experience in traditional Indian/Rajasthani food production is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP, and ISO standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
