Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily F&B operations, including breakfast service, buffet setup, and replenishment.
- Ensure all brand standards and SOPs are followed consistently.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety practices (HACCP standards).
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Guest Service
- Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with IHG brand values.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure quick service and guest satisfaction during peak hours.
- Build positive guest interactions to enhance overall experience.
- Team Supervision
- Supervise and guide F&B associates/GSAs during shifts.
- Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties effectively.
- Train team members on service standards, grooming, and hygiene.
- Motivate team to achieve high performance and guest satisfaction scores.
- Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Ensure minimal wastage and proper portion control.
- Assist in inventory management and stock ordering.
- Maintain proper storage and FIFO practices.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Follow company policies and audit requirements.
- Maintain documentation for inspections and internal audits.
- Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams.
- Ensure smooth communication for guest requirements and group movements.
