Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet guests warmly and assist them in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensure prompt and efficient service at all times
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
Operations
- Set up and maintain buffet/restaurant area as per brand standards
- Ensure proper table setting, clearing, and resetting
- Assist in food and beverage service (breakfast, lunch, dinner as applicable)
- Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
Hygiene & Safety
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP guidelines)
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining areas
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Teamwork
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service
- Support team members during peak hours
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Brand Standards
- Adhere to Holiday Inn Express service culture and grooming standards
- Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times
- Ensure consistency in service delivery as per SOPs
