Summary
The
Food & Beverage Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by managing dining reservations, providing personalized F&B recommendations, coordinating special dietary requests, and ensuring seamless communication between guests and restaurant/outlet teams. This role enhances the overall guest experience through prompt assistance, deep product knowledge, and a service-oriented approach.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with chefs, servers, and outlet managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of guest requests.
- Communicate menu changes, promotions, or special events to guests.
- Manage inbound guest calls, emails, and messages related to F&B services
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to F&B services, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Collect and relay guest feedback to management for service improvements.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in guest relations, concierge services, or F&B service (preferably in a luxury or premium environment).
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong food & beverage knowledge (cuisines, beverages, wine pairings preferred).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with reservation or CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and guest-handling skills.
