Location: Siolim, North Goa

The Ten Resort Siolim is looking for a dynamicF&B Supervisorto oversee service operations at our pre-opening experiential luxury resort.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in boutique, high-touch environments and is passionate about delivering refined and personalized guest experiences.

Who We're Looking For:

A hands-on leader with:

-Proven experience in luxury hospitality / boutique resorts / fine dining environments

-Strong understanding of service standards and guest engagement

-Ability to lead, train, and motivate service teams

-Knowledge of POS systems, billing, and operational controls

-Strong communication and problem-solving skills

-Experience in pre-opening setups (preferred)

What You'll Do:

-Supervise daily F&B service operations

-Ensure exceptional and personalized guest experiences

-Train and mentor F&B stewards

-Coordinate with kitchen and management teams

-Set up service SOPs and maintain quality standards for launch
