This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Bardez. The role involves overseeing daily operations in the restaurant, ensuring adherence to service standards, and managing a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include supervising food and beverage service, maintaining a high standard of hospitality, and addressing customer needs efficiently. Additional duties entail training staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines, and managing inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and staff development
• Expertise in Service Standards and maintaining operational quality
• Proficiency in Food Service and understanding of food presentation and safety protocols
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to manage customer interactions and team dynamics
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and address challenges efficiently
• Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is a plus
