1F&B Service (Order & Serve)

What you will do:

Welcome guests and guide them to seats

Take food & drink orders

Serve food to the table safely

Refill water and check guest needs

Keep tables clean and arranged

2 Stewards

What you will do:

Set up tables, plates, cutlery, and glasses

Take orders and serve food

Clear plates after guests finish

Maintain dining area cleanliness

Assist the Captain and follow instructions

3 Captains

What you will do:

Supervise stewards and assign daily duties

Check table setup and service standard

Talk to guests and ensure satisfaction

Handle minor complaints

Coordinate with kitchen, manager, and staff

All roles require good communication, grooming, customer service attitude, and the ability to work as a team

Candidates who have completed a Tourism and Hospitality Management course and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Food & Beverage Service, Stewarding, Housekeeping, or as Captains are eligible to apply for this position.
