Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Food and Beverage Operations professional to join our team at our Bengaluru location. This is a full-time, mid-level position responsible for overseeing daily F&B activities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering outstanding service within our organization.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Operations or related roles.
  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill) demonstrates exceptional ability to interact positively with guests and internal stakeholders to ensure memorable experiences.
  • Inventory Management (Mandatory skill) adept at tracking, controlling, and optimizing levels of food and beverage supplies to reduce waste and ensure smooth operations.
  • Quality Assurance (Mandatory skill) ensures all F&B products and services meet strict quality standards and company guidelines at all times.
  • Food Safety upholds rigorous standards of food hygiene and sanitation as required by local regulations and internal protocols.
  • Menu Development collaborates with chefs and F&B managers to curate innovative and cost-effective menus aligned with customer preferences.
  • Health and Safety Compliance proactively monitors and enforces health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Vendor Management negotiates and liaises effectively with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality products and reliable supply chains.
  • Strong organizational skills demonstrates ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate resources for efficient F&B operations.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to service standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of supplies, conducting regular stock checks and placing timely orders to prevent shortages or excess.
  • Train and mentor F&B staff in protocols, safety, and excellent customer service practices.
  • Oversee compliance with hygiene and safety policies, taking corrective actions to address any violations promptly.
  • Work closely with culinary teams to develop and update menus based on seasonality, customer feedback, and cost considerations.
  • Establish relationships with trusted vendors, ensuring punctual delivery, quality of goods, and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a professional manner to improve guest satisfaction and operational processes.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends to identify new opportunities or areas for improvement in F&B operations.
