Job Description

Manager F&B

Z Hotels | Zolo

Run the outlet like a business. Protect margins. Elevate the dining experience.

Why this role exists

Z Hotels is expanding and F&B performance directly impacts both revenue and reputation.

Dining is not a side function. It is a revenue engine and a brand experience layer.

As occupancy increases, table turnover, average bill value, food cost discipline and service consistency must remain controlled and predictable.

This role exists to ensure the F&B outlet runs as a structured business commercially disciplined, operationally tight, and guest-focused.

Your mandate is clear:

  • Drive predictable F&B revenue growth
  • Protect margins through cost discipline
  • Maintain consistent service standards
  • Build and lead a high-performing team
  • Ensure hygiene and compliance governance

This is not a floor management role. It is outlet business leadership.
