Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain, located in Bardez. The Food and Beverage Captain will oversee daily operations within the assigned area, ensuring high service standards are maintained. Key responsibilities include supervising and managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, monitoring cleanliness and hygiene, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, and driving team motivation. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to deliver excellent dining experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and guide team members
  • Knowledge and experience in Service Standards and high-quality Food Service
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests
  • A proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is advantageous
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Food Management, or a related field is preferred
