This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Controller at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room. The position is based in Delhi, OH. The Food and Beverage Controller will oversee cost control processes, analyze financial performance, and ensure efficient inventory management. Responsibilities include monitoring procurement, maintaining budgets, preparing menu costing, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and implementing effective cost-saving initiatives. The role requires active collaboration with the culinary and operations teams to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.

• Strong expertise in Cost Control and Menu Costing, with a focus on optimizing expenses without compromising quality.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles related to food and beverage operations.
• Prior experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
