Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Captain, located in Bhopal. The Food and Beverage Captain will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing and guiding the service team, ensuring adherence to high service standards, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and maintaining smooth workflow during restaurant operations. The role also involves liaising with the kitchen and management to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and guide team members effectively
• In-depth knowledge of Service Standards and Food Service practices
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to maintain guest satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and interact with guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is preferred
• A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field is advantageous
