Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Food and Beverage Captain for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The role involves supervising and coordinating daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring hospitality standards are met, assisting staff, and maintaining excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing a smooth flow of operations, training the team, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and manage the food and beverage staff.
• Proficiency in Service Standards and Food Service to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest requests and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Organizational and leadership abilities, along with attention to detail, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Prior experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
