Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Incharge Export, located in Navi Mumbai. The Store Incharge will be responsible for ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and customer service, managing store operations, and preventing retail losses. The role involves day-to-day store management and maintaining high standards of service to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skills(Hindi must)
- Computer skills
- Store Management experience
- Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Navi Mumbai
- Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
