Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales professional based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, training team members, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves overseeing sales operations and driving expansion efforts in hypermarkets and retail outlets within the region.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring new team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Sales Management skills with the ability to strategize, organize, and lead successful sales campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, with excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG sector or retail sales is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
