We are currently looking for a FM Engineer with 1-3 years of experience for Lower-Parel, Mumbai Location. The candidate must have problem solving skills and the ability to give clear technical assistance. The candidate should have good knowledge of installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software systems.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain installed PCs, networks, telephone systems and peripherals with routine maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance to clients regarding any operating system issues.
- Ensure all desktop computer systems are working properly.
- Identify, log and resolve technical problems with software applications at desktop level. Provide support in setting up VC calls for management.
- Ensure completion of work within agreed service levels and in accordance with department guidelines.
- Maintain and update the record of issues and take measures to prevent those issues in the future.
- Keep and maintain a record/report of customer queries.
- Troubleshoot any problems regarding software and hardware computer support.
- Maintain the asset inventory. Address and maintain a record of user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking raised via telephone/ email / system.
- Vendor Management and coordination with the IT team.
Requirement:
- Knowledge of desktop Hardware & Networking with minimum 1-3 years experience
- Ready to work 24*7 environment.
- Excellent communication skill
- Hands-on experience with Windows 10 or above /Linux/Mac OS environments Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
