About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer to join our team as a consultant based out of our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that serve a large user base across various enterprise sectors. Your work will directly impact the functionality and user experience of our core product suite, which includes solutions for transport management, cafeteria services, and workspace operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on scalable, real-world applications in a dynamic environment, contributing to the digital transformation of workspace management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Flutter and Dart development
- Strong understanding of state management techniques such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, push notifications, and device integrations
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with minimal supervision
- Experience working on enterprise applications, particularly in logistics or mobility sectors, is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter
- Implement and manage application state effectively using BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs, push notification services, and device hardware features
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure optimal app performance and security
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of development activities and technical specifications
