We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer to join our mobile app development team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, with strong expertise in Flutter frameworks, state management solutions, and mobile app development best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Translate UI/UX designs into performant, responsive, and visually appealing apps.
- Optimize applications for performance, memory, battery usage, and responsiveness on both iOS and Android.
- Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and technical issues.
- Contribute to the full app lifecycle: concept, design, development, testing, release, and support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience in mobile app development with Flutter.
- Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development.
- Strong knowledge of Flutter widgets and state management solutions (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, GetX, etc.).
- Hands-on experience bridging Flutter apps with native iOS/Android functionality via Method, Platform, and Event Channels.
- Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material/Cupertino design guidelines.
- Proficient in project management and version control tools, such as Jira and Git.
- Experience with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Crashlytics, Remote Config).
- Hands-on experience with local databases (Sqlite, Hive, Realm).
Nice to Have
- Experience building applications for Desktop or Web using Flutter.
- Knowledge of web technologies, mainly JavaScript/TypeScript, is a plus.
