- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter development experience.
- Strong understanding of the Dart and Flutter frameworks.
- Experience integrating APIs and handling JSON data.
- Good understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
- Experience with state management (Provider, Bloc, or similar).
- Ability to debug issues and work with production apps.
- Firebase and Firebase App Distribution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced product environment.
