What You'll Do
- Build, scale, and maintain Flutter mobile applications for Android, iOS and Windows
- Implement BLoC / Provider / GetX (or similar) with clean architecture principles
- Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive mobile interfaces
- Integrate REST APIs and manage app state efficiently
- Implement features like authentication, local storage, and in-app notifications
- Work with Firebase services (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Analytics, etc.)
- Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and memory usage
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers
- Take ownership of features from idea build release optimization
What We're Looking For
- Strong fundamentals in Dart and Flutter framework
- Understanding of mobile app architecture and state management
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable code and clean architecture
- Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON handling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Problem-solver mindset with a product-first approach
Educational Qualification
- Any degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience through hands-on development, internships, or live projects
Experience
- 01 year of experience in Flutter/mobile app development
- Experience working on live apps or real-world projects
- Published apps on Play Store/App Store is a plus
