About the Role

Dots-In is building a new kind of personalised internet powered by our Large Behavioural Model (LBM) and Living Twin.

We're looking for a strong Flutter Developer who can build beautiful, fast and highly interactive consumer mobile experiences.

This is not a basic CRUD-app role. We want someone whose portfolio shows strong work in premium UI, animations, maps, feeds, dynamic cards, social interactions and real-time experiences.

What You'll Build

You'll work on core Dots-In experiences such as:

• Living Twin
• Personalised Feed
• Interactive Maps & Timelines
• AI assistants and chat interfaces
• Social and networking features
• Dynamic cards and widgets
• Goals, health and productivity experiences
• Real-time and personalised UI
  

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of strong Flutter/Dart experience
• Experience shipping production mobile apps
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and widget lifecycle
• Experience with Riverpod / BLoC / Provider
• REST APIs, WebSockets, authentication and caching
• Custom animations, gestures and transitions
• Responsive and pixel-accurate UI implementation
• Performance optimisation for lists, animations and rendering
• Firebase, push notifications, deep links and analytics
• Git/GitHub and clean coding practices

Experience with:

• Mapbox / Google Maps
• Rive / Lottie
• CustomPainter
• AI or LLM-powered applications
• Social apps
• Health or fitness apps
• Apple Health / Google Fit
• Native Android or iOS development

Your portfolio should demonstrate great UI, animations, interaction design and attention to detail.

If your experience is mainly login → forms → API → dashboard applications, this role may not be the right fit.
