Flutter Developer

We are looking for an experienced 7+ Flutter developer with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building secure, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
• Collaborate with product, backend, QA, and UX teams
• Implement secure coding practices for banking/financial applications
• Integrate REST APIs and manage app state efficiently
• Ensure performance optimization, stability, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Work closely with stakeholders and communicate progress effectively

Mandatory Skills

• Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart
• Experience building banking / financial applications
• Solid understanding of mobile security (encryption, secure storage, authentication)
• State management: Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, or GetX
• REST API integration & JSON handling
• Strong knowledge of Android & iOS app lifecycle
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Good to Have

• Experience with payment gateways, KYC, and digital wallets
• Knowledge of Flutter Web or desktop apps
• Firebase, monitoring, and crash analytics
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
