Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an FLS - Banca Channel professional at HDFC Life, based in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing and developing relationships with channel partners, driving insurance sales and achieving business targets. The role involves coordinating with bank branches, addressing customer queries, and ensuring smooth business operations while maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess business performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Effective Communication skills to manage relationships with channel partners and clients
  • Experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners to drive business objectives
  • Proficiency in Sales strategies, techniques, and achieving set targets
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; experience in the insurance or financial services industry is beneficial
  • Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
