Floor Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Supervisor located in Chennai. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for managing floor operations, overseeing team performance, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and conducting staff training. Key responsibilities also include addressing and resolving on-floor issues, monitoring quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively managing teams and addressing client needs
• Experience in Training, Coaching, and Sales to guide team members and drive operational performance
• Ability to lead by example, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement solutions
• Proficiency with basic computer and reporting tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in manufacturing or supervisory roles is preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
