Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Floor Manager at Vasundhra Raj Luxury, located in Noida. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer experiences to ensure satisfaction, and leading the sales team. Additional duties include ensuring efficient store functioning, training team members, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication to effectively engage with clients and ensure high-quality interactions.
• Experience in Operations Management with the ability to oversee store functionality and ensure efficient execution of daily tasks.
• Proven ability to train and guide team members to meet company standards and provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Leadership and organisational skills to manage store operations and maintain an effective and motivated team.
• Familiarity with the luxury retail or jewellery industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or related fields preferred.
