Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Nagercoil facility. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure seamless hospital workflows and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, addressing patient needs, ensuring efficient operations, and implementing training programs for the team. The Floor Manager will also play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and other stakeholders
• Experience in Operations Management and the ability to oversee daily hospital workflows
• Proficiency in Training and mentoring hospital staff to ensure professional development
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or hospital management is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field is highly advantageous
