Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager located in Cuttack. The Floor Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, optimizing store layout, and upholding operational efficiency. Additional duties involve training team members, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining inventory accuracy to ensure a smooth workflow.

- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the customer experience and address concerns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to foster positive interactions with customers and team members
- Experience in Operations Management and Training to optimize store efficiency and guide staff development
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring a productive and harmonious work environment
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills for inventory and workflow management
- Previous experience in retail management or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a relevant field is advantageous
