Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations on the shop floor and ensure smooth functioning of the store
• Manage and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper display of jewellery items
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Train and guide staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store policies
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Coordinate with management for promotions, events, and new product launches
