Job Summary
The Retail Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of retail stores within the assigned region or area. This role involves managing sales targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth. The Retail Executive will work closely with store managers and staff to maintain high standards of merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to senior managers.
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales techniques and customer engagement.
Operational Management
- Ensure all stores comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Customer Experience
- Promote a customer-centric culture across all stores.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and mentor all store executives to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.

Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all retail operations comply with local laws and regulations.
- Manage risk by implementing safety and security protocols across all stores.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
