Role Purpose
At Kalki Fashion, we deliver a refined and personalized luxury retail experience. As a Senior Floor Manager – Indo-Western, you will lead the category with strong business ownership, drive high-value sales, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional styling and service aligned with the brand's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Ownership & Sales Excellence
- Take end-to-end ownership of Indo-Western category performance and revenue targets
- Drive high-value sales through client engagement, styling expertise, and relationship management
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and category performance to implement strategic improvements
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals
- Client Engagement & Luxury Experience
- Deliver a personalized, high-touch shopping experience for premium and repeat clientele
- Build and manage a strong client portfolio, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions
- Handle VIP customers and escalations with professionalism and brand sensitivity
- Ensure team consistently delivers service aligned with Kalki's luxury standards
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Indo-Western team to achieve peak performance
- Drive a strong performance culture with clear targets, reviews, and accountability
- Conduct regular training on product knowledge, styling, and customer handling
- Ensure strict adherence to grooming, discipline, and brand etiquette
- Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation
- Ensure the section reflects Kalki's premium visual identity and storytelling
- Collaborate with VM teams for seasonal launches, displays, and collection highlights
- Maintain high standards of store aesthetics, cleanliness, and product presentation
- Inventory Strategy & Control
- Oversee stock planning, availability, and movement for the category
- Identify fast-moving trends and ensure replenishment in coordination with backend teams
- Minimize stock loss and ensure accurate inventory management through regular audits
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining SOP compliance
- Support store-level initiatives, audits, and reporting requirements
- Drive efficiency in billing, customer handling, and floor coordination during peak hours
Key Requirements
- Strong expertise in Indo-Western/ethnic fashion, styling, and luxury retail standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing high-performing teams
- Ability to manage high-value customers and complex situations
- Strong analytical and operational management skills
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate (Fashion/Retail Management preferred)
- 8–10+ years of experience in premium fashion retail
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership/managerial role
- Experience handling high-value sales and team management is essential
