About the Role

Position: Floor Manager

Industry: Gems & Jewellery

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in a similar role within the jewellery sector

Location: Multiple locations across Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient customer service
• Lead sales teams to meet individual and store-level targets
• Assist in staff training, motivation, and performance evaluation
• Handle customer queries, ensure satisfaction, and resolve any escalations professionally
• Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and store ambience
• Collaborate with Store Managers on stock management, visual merchandising, and promotions

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in a floor management role in the jewellery or luxury retail industry
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Customer-first approach with attention to detail and quality service
• Proficient in handling POS and basic retail software systems
• Fluency in Hindi is required; English and local language skills are a plus
