Manage a team of associates to help the team deliver on the following objectives:
- Manage the production queues to ensure SLA adherence
- Work across sub-processes to meet the deliverable requirements
- Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external clients to ensure the efficient flow of work in the department
- Work with counterparts in the US team and other departments towards achieving client satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvements - operations and technology
- Act as the subject matter expert and communication bridge between staff members and customers as needed
- Monitor daily production reports to ensure team's performance to meet both Production and Quality targets
- Administrative oversight of team attendance and scheduling
- Coordinates with supervisors to establish goals and criteria to be used in performance evaluations for assigned staff
- Additional duties, when indicated
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Excellent managerial, organizational and leadership skills
