Job Description

Respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
Replenish room supplies, replace linens, and make beds
Clean guest bathrooms and perform detailed room upkeep
Remove trash and room service items; ensure room appliances are working
Dust, polish, vacuum, and perform floor care in guest areas
Follow all safety, cleanliness, and security procedures
Assist guests respectfully and professionally; support team efforts
Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and pushing carts
