Job Title: Floating Trainer-Road safety trainer
Requirement :
- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of experience in road safety, logistics, or transportation safety
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good email writing and telephone communication etiquette
- Proficiency in Local Language, Hindi, and English
- Willingness to join immediately
- interested to travel for work purpose.
Roles & Responsibility:
- Conduct defensive driver training sessions and manage vehicle assessment programs
- Frequently travel to client sites to deliver driver training and safety workshops
- Coordinate effectively with plant operations teams and heavy vehicle drivers
- Apply strong knowledge of road safety standards and GPS/GIS-based monitoring systems
- Ensure compliance with state government driving rules, regulations, and HMV road safety policies
- Review, develop, and implement driver training processes
- Understand driver-related issues and challenges encountered on the road
- Prepare and maintain daily activity reports
- Monitor VTS/IVMS for driver behavior parameters such as route deviation, over-speeding, harsh braking, etc.
- Perform regular vehicle inspections for all type of vechicle, audits, and safety assessments
- Utilize Journey Risk Management (JRM) principles to enhance safe transportation practices
