To plan, monitor and implement CHP operational activities in shifts so as to achieve optimum production within targeted cost, quality, quantity and to maintain the safety standards
Job Context: The plant in Nagda is more than 50 years old. The plant has a mix of vintage and latest machinery which makes it difficult to manage the plant. New plants with superior technology are coming up in the market which pose a major challenge for the growth of the plant. Thus, there is need to improve technology & satisfy the customers with products at competitive price consistently.
Job Challenges: 1. At Nagda, MCHP is the single stream plant for the coal feeding to Energy Centre's as well as coal stacking. Feeding of different coal in the Energy Centre's as per there required quality and quantity is a major challenge
2. Blending of different quality coal with in proper ratio for feeding.
3. During rainy season the rain makes the availability of dry coal difficult and is then obtained by blending.
4. Trouble shooting in the plant operation.
5. Implement capex & perform emergency maintenance activity of the respective section within time period.
6. Plant maintenance demands higher focus due to corrosive environment / old building structures Formulation & implementation of various development schemes for Quality improvement, cost effectiveness, plant reliability & Automation.
