Flight Ticketing Senior Associate/Assistant Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Flight Ticketing & Travel Operations Junior/Senior Associate to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage end-to-end flight bookings for corporate events and offsites, including bulk ticketing, vendor coordination, and travel documentation. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, cost-effective, and timely air travel for clients and internal teams across domestic and international destinations.

Gurgaon (Full-time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

Flight Ticketing & Travel Coordination

• Manage bulk domestic and international flight bookings for corporate groups and events
• Coordinate travel itineraries, changes, cancellations, and reissuances
• Ensure accurate passenger details, PNR management, and ticketing compliance

Vendor Management & Negotiations

• Liaise with airlines, travel agencies, and consolidators to negotiate competitive fares
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and ticketing vendors
• Track fare trends and identify cost-saving opportunities for group travel

Visa & Travel Documentation

• Coordinate visa processing and ensure timely completion of travel documentation
• Assist with passport checks, insurance coordination, and compliance requirements
• Support international travel planning with documentation feasibility and timelines

Collaboration & Operations Support

• Work closely with event planning, finance, and operations teams to align travel plans
• Assist with hotel contracting and rate negotiations when required
• Support post-travel reconciliation, billing, and vendor payments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field
• Prior experience in flight ticketing, corporate travel, MICE travel operations, or travel agencies is a plus
• Familiarity with airline group bookings, or travel platforms is an advantage
